I was asked by the Mayor of Tacoma to open the State of the City address. I created and performed the poem that was turned into a video for the address.

It was an honor to create for my hometown and to have my work be valued by the Mayor. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic we were unable to meet in person. the video features the full performance.
